Hi, I’m Josh.
I’m an implementation and client success leader who likes the unglamorous parts of delivery: the onboarding plan that has to survive contact with a 7,000-person org chart, the reconciliation that has to tie out before the stakeholder call, the relationship work that turns a rollout into a renewal.
Over the last decade I’ve moved from building client websites at a Geelong digital agency, to running my own project and communications consultancy, to now leading enterprise implementations and a portfolio of accounts at Microkeeper — usually ending up as the person who owns the relationship when things get complicated.
Outside of work I build things I’m curious about — PepTracker, a peptide protocol tracker; GymAssist, a workout planner; hyprdm, a monitor layout manager for Linux; and RealCosts, a browser extension that prices things in hours of work — and run two YouTube channels that couldn’t be more different: RookieCoach AFL for Supercoach strategy, and Neuromantic Thoughts for everything slower — life, philosophy, deep thinking.
